Service providers
The site uses WordPress and WPForms to process inquiry submissions. Transactional form notifications are delivered through Brevo. Google Site Kit connects the site to Google Analytics and Google Search Console. These providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device data, referring pages, pages viewed, and form-event metadata according to their own terms and privacy policies. Inquiry message contents are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to provide aggregate information about visits and interactions. Browser settings and privacy tools can be used to limit or remove cookies. WordPress may also set necessary cookies for administrators and other authenticated users.
Retention and security
Inquiry emails and related business correspondence are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal obligations. WPForms Lite is not used as a permanent on-site inquiry database. GK Data applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Sharing and disclosure
GK Data does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, or business operations; when required by law; or when reasonably necessary to protect GK Data, clients, visitors, or the public.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with an inquiry, subject to legal and legitimate business-record requirements. You may also contact GK Data to raise a privacy concern.
